State Mandated Operating Requirements

Florida Boaters License Requirements: Anyone born in 1988 or after is required to have a boating license to operate on Florida waters. Pertaining to renting waverunners, temporary license tests are available by clicking the following link: TEMPORARY TEST Pertaining to renting powerboats, the lifetime boating test is offered at the following link: LIFETIME TEST

ADEQUATE BOATING EXPERIENCE: HAVE OPERATED A SIMILAR-IN-LENGTH AND SIMILAR-IN-POWER BOAT ON TIDAL AND NAVIGABLE WATERS(NON-LAKE) SAFELY AND PROPERLY ON A CONSISTENT BASIS FOR AT LEAST THE PRIOR 2 YEARS WITH THOROUGH NAVIGATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. IF A CUSTOMER ARRIVES AND ARE UNABLE TO PROVE THEY’RE QUALIFIED THE RENTAL DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED.

👨‍✈️ NEED A CAPTAIN? If you have up to 6 passengers you can add one on when you make your online reservation. Have more than 6 passengers? Call us for recommendations for Captains for larger groups over 6. PLEASE RESERVE CAPTAINS AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE.
MINIMUM $1000.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL RENTALS WITHOUT A CAPTAIN

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

Customers can receive a rental deposit refund or reschedule for reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time.Customers will only receive store credit if they do not call or email to cancel a reservation at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time.

Cancellations after 5:00pm EST the day before your reserved time will forfeit deposit.

VESSEL CLASSES:

• S) Standard (seat 3-6 people), 16′-21′. These vessels are basic boats that, while inexpensive starting at 2 hours from $150, 4 hours from $225, 8 hours from $325, will provide for a fun-filled day on the water.
• (O) Offshore Angler (seat 6-8 people),20′-27′, These boats are center consoles ideal for going offshore to fish, while also being good for cruising the intracoastal starting at 2 hours from $180, 4 hours from $250, 8 hours from $350
• (V) Versatility (seat 6-7 people), 20′-23′, V-Hull boats such as dual consoles starting at 2 hours from $250, 4 hours from $350, 8 hours from $450, are suitable for going offshore or intracoastal for cruising, fishing, and/or snorkeling inshore or offshore.
• (H) High Occupancy (seat 8-13 people), 21′-24′ deck boats or pontoons that are suitable for intracoastal cruising with larger parties of people. Starting at 2 hours from $225, 4 hours from $325, 8 hours from $425, they are ideal for snorkeling at Peanut Island.
